Our approach to corporate fitness enables the UBE team to collaborate with employees to develop a fitness program that will be engaging and effective. 

 

We’ve all been there. You’re in the middle of your work day and that sluggishness begins to sink in. You start to get distracted from your duties, and maybe it’s too late in the day to drink coffee so the last few hours of your work day just drag on. You end up turning to sugary snacks for a quick fix, something to give you a pick-me-up. By the time you leave work, you have so many things to get done at home you don’t think you have time to get a workout in. This occurs day after day, and before you know it you can’t remember the last time you went to the gym, and you’re so out of shape you fear how you will feel during and after a work out.

We will get you started working with one of our personal trainers and help your company move forward, changing the culture of the company and creating a fun work environment.

We will design a program appropriate for your team and we will supply the equipment to suit your needs, budget and space. We have programming available for 1-5 days per week and for 30 or 60 minutes at times most appropriate for your company.
